This notice explains what happens when you browse the Aleqora Studio website or use its contact options.
Project enquiry form
The current form prepares a Gmail compose window in your browser with the details you entered. The website does not automatically send or store the form submission on an Aleqora server. Your message is sent only if you review it and press Send in Gmail.
Information you may choose to send
Your message may include your name, work email, company or project name, WhatsApp number, service interest, budget range, preferred timeline and the project details you provide.
How enquiry information is used
Information received by email or WhatsApp is used to review your request, reply, prepare a proposal, discuss a possible engagement and administer work if a relationship begins. It is not sold or used to create advertising profiles.
WhatsApp and external links
The WhatsApp button opens a third-party messaging service. Gmail, WhatsApp, Cloudflare and any other external service process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Hosting and technical data
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, it may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser information, request time and security signals to deliver and protect the website.
Cookies and analytics
The current website does not use advertising cookies or a dedicated analytics platform. If optional analytics or marketing tools are added later, this notice will be updated before they are used where required.
Retention
Email or messaging records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, proposals, project administration, security, accounting or legal obligations.
Your requests
You may ask for information you sent directly to be corrected or deleted where applicable by contacting alekhsoniv@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or accounting reasons.
