These terms apply to the public Aleqora Studio website. Project-specific commercial terms are agreed separately in writing.
Information, not a binding offer
Website content describes capabilities, selected work and possible engagement models. It does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability or form a binding quotation or contract.
Proposals and project agreements
Paid work begins only after the scope, deliverables, timeline, payment stages, revision boundaries, responsibilities and other relevant terms are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement accepted by the parties.
Portfolio and project labels
Projects are labelled to distinguish live work, product prototypes and studio concepts. Concepts are not presented as commissioned client work. Results or metrics are not guaranteed unless they are explicitly documented and verifiable.
Intellectual property
Aleqora Studio retains rights in its own website, brand assets, reusable methods and pre-existing materials. Ownership and licence terms for client deliverables are defined in the applicable project agreement and may depend on full payment and third-party licence conditions.
Third-party services
Links, hosting, email, messaging, fonts, software libraries and other third-party services are governed by their providers. Aleqora Studio is not responsible for changes, outages or policies outside its reasonable control.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or use the contact channels for spam, fraud or unlawful activity.
Availability and accuracy
Reasonable care is taken to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may change and the website may occasionally be unavailable. No warranty is made that every page will always be error-free or continuously accessible.
Liability and project terms
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website use is at your own risk. Any project-related warranties, limitations, remedies, governing terms or dispute process will be stated in the written agreement for that engagement.
